Welcome to LunoPrint (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.lunoprint.com, our online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. General Information LunoPrint is a small print studio based in North Carolina, USA. We specialize in high-quality DTF transfers, custom apparel, and related accessories. All products are printed to order unless stated as “ready to ship.” We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent; • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order; • Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products and Orders All products shown on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to screen settings and print processes. By placing an order, you agree to:
• Pay the total amount displayed at checkout;
• Provide a valid shipping address and contact information;
• Understand that made-to-order or custom items (like DTF transfers or personalized prints) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if:
• The product is unavailable;
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected;
• The provided information is incomplete or incorrect.
4. Pricing and Payments All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and applicable state laws (e.g., North Carolina sales tax).
5. Shipping Orders are typically shipped the same or next business day from North Carolina. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for: • Delays caused by postal carriers; • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer; • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
6. Returns and Refunds DTF transfers and custom products are non-returnable since they are printed to order. We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
• We made an error in printing, or
• The product arrives damaged. To request a replacement, email us at LunoPrintDTF@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property All images, product designs, and content on our website are owned by LunoPrint or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products, photos, or designs without permission. When uploading artwork for custom orders, you confirm that: • You own the rights to that design, or • You have obtained permission to print it. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that may infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or contain inappropriate content.
8. Limitation of Liability LunoPrint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of your order. You agree to use our products responsibly and follow the provided press and care instructions.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
