How to build your gang sheet

Creating your own DTF gang sheet is easy — and gives you full control over your designs! Follow these simple guidelines to make sure your prints come out exactly as you imagine.

Create Your Layout

You can create your gang sheet in Canva, Photoshop, or any design program you prefer.

  1. Set your canvas width to 23 inches (fixed).
  2. Set your height to whatever you need.
  3. Use 300 DPI resolution and RGB color mode.
  4. Arrange your designs on the canvas at the desired sizes, leaving small spaces (about 0.25–0.5”) between them for easy cutting later.
  5. Double-check that your file width is exactly 23”, and that all designs look sharp and high-quality.
  6. When everything looks good, save your file as a PNG with a transparent background.

Upload Your File

Upload your finished design on our website under “Upload Your File” or “Upload Ready-to-Print Gang Sheet.” We’ll print your file exactly as received — we don’t edit, resize, or color-correct designs.

 

Pricing

Pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on your sheet length. For reference, the cost starts at $4.90 for a 23” × 12” sheet, and scales proportionally with length.

 

Fast Production & Shipping

All gang sheets are printed and shipped the same or next business day from North Carolina. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
